Welcome to PakDevelop (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our website, tools, calculators, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Core Marketplace Services

PakDevelop operates as a digital construction marketplace connecting clients with construction companies, contractors, skilled site workers, and independent engineering inspection services across Pakistan.

No Brokerage/Partnership: PakDevelop provides a platform for discovery and communication. We are not a party to any contract, agreement, or transaction between clients and contractors.
Service Scope: Our services include Project Listings, Company Directories, Building Inspections, Construction Calculators, and Real-Estate Updates.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register an account as either a Client, Company/Builder, or Skilled Worker.

Accuracy: You must provide true, current, and complete information, including legitimate contact details (+92 numbers) and verified business locations.
Account Safeguards: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Duplicate System: To ensure platform integrity, our system automatically blocks duplicate profile submissions and spam email requests.

3. Marketplace Listings & Bidding

For Clients: When posting a project, you must ensure that all uploaded drawings, measurements, and specifications are accurate. You acknowledge that competitive offers submitted by contractors are based entirely on the criteria you provide.
For Contractors/Builders: Registered companies must showcase genuine portfolios and accurate service capabilities. Misrepresentation of past projects, such as grey structure completion or interior fit-outs, will lead to immediate profile suspension.
Independent Evaluation: Clients are solely responsible for comparing timelines, materials, and pricing before accepting an offer.

4. Use of Construction Calculators

PakDevelop offers online calculation tools for estimating bricks, cement, concrete, steel, plaster, tiles, and paint for quick planning purposes.

Estimates Only: The results generated by our calculators are approximations based on user-entered site measurements.
No Financial Liability: These numbers should be verified by a professional before purchasing materials. PakDevelop is not responsible for any variance in actual material costs or structural requirements.

5. Independent Building Inspection Services

Engineering Review: When a user requests an inspection, senior engineers review workmanship, measurements, and material compliance.
Limitation of Risk: Inspection reports represent an independent, professional assessment at a specific point in time. While designed to reduce risk and protect your investment, an inspection report does not constitute a legal guarantee or structural warranty by PakDevelop.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Posting fraudulent real-estate listings or engaging in property investment scams.
Copying, scraping, or duplicating blog content, market insights, or company profiles without prior authorization.
Using the platform to distribute spam, coordinate off-platform fraudulent activities, or harass other users via direct WhatsApp routing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Pakistan, PakDevelop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Disputes, failed projects, or financial losses between clients and contractors.
Delays, poor workmanship, or material failures on construction sites.
Inaccuracies in real-estate blog insights or construction material price guides.

8. Modifications to the Terms

PakDevelop reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing corporate, digital, and commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
